IronSight AI — Terms of Service

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a contract. You may not use the Service where prohibited by law or where you are barred under applicable sanctions/securities regulations. You represent that the information you provide is accurate.
2. The Service — educational only
IronSight AI provides automated, model-generated market signals, dashboards, outcome scoring, and (on higher tiers) live sessions, Q&A, and training. The Service is for educational and informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, brokerage, legal, or tax advice. See the [Disclaimer], which is incorporated by reference. We are not a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser and do not manage money or place trades for you.
3. No guarantees; assumption of risk
We do not guarantee accuracy, profitability, uptime, or any result. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You accept all risk of your own decisions and outcomes and agree we are not responsible for any trading losses.
4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- Plans: Basic ($200/mo), Advanced ($400/mo), Live + Q&A ($1,000/mo), Training + 1:1 ($10,000/mo), each billed monthly in advance. Prices may change on notice.
- Free trial: New, eligible customers may receive a 5-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start a trial for identity and fraud-prevention purposes. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your card is charged.
- One trial per person/household. We use payment-card and identity signals (see Privacy Policy) to detect and refuse duplicate or abusive trials. We may deny a trial or terminate access for trial abuse.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges via our payment processor (Stripe).
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your account portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. See the [Refund & Cancellation Policy].
- Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.
5. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for your own individual use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, republish, sublicense, scrape, data-mine, feed into another product or model, share login credentials, or otherwise make the signals or data available to any third party. Each subscription is for one user. Automated access, reverse engineering, and circumvention of access controls are prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
All software, models, signals, data compilations, dashboards, content, and trademarks (including "IronSight AI") are owned by the Company and protected by law. No rights are granted except the limited license above. Signals delivered to you remain our confidential, proprietary information.
7. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that signals will be accurate or profitable, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its owners and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading decisions, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) survive termination.
12. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
